About Bourton Roadrunners’ Club
The club meets every week on Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning and Thursday evening. On other days, members often organise other social
or training runs.The club leaves from the Bourton-on-the-Water Leisure Centre at the following times:
Tuesday (2 options)
6:45pm : 3 mile run from Bourton on the water Leisure Centre car park
6:45pm : Speed work session meeting at a pre arranged venue.
9am : an opportunity for runners for all abilities with distances to suit varied needs. For more details, including meet point, please contact Margaret, the club secretary at
6:45pm with a choice of 3 or 5-ish mile runs from Bourton on the water Leisure Centre car park.
There is the option of a longer run (approximately 7-8 miles) once a month.

The club organises two road races each year - the High Bridge Jewellers 10k in February and the Bourton Hilly Half + 10K in June.
We meet regardless of the weather; the only exception is Christmas day!

The club was formed in 1981 and is managed by a committee that is elected at each year’s AGM, usually held in October or November.
Bourton Roadrunners is affiliated to Gloucestershire AAA and UKA, and provides attached runner status to all full members.
