Annual Membership Fees - April 2026:
Family (two adults)  £34
Individual  £20
Concession (senior citizen, anyone in full-time education and work seekers)  £11

For members joining mid-year (1 May - 31 March) quartely fees apply.

Membership fees, Bourton Roadrunners Club running vests (mandatory if registering as England Athletics competitive athlete) and T-Shirts can be paid for via our online store. Various other items are available via the Sliick store.

Subscriptions are due and payable by 1st April each year. Unlike previous years, England Athletics (EA) subscriptions, for affiliated runners, are to be paid by individuals directly to EA. Further details are shown on the membership form. Please complete the membership form .

Bourton Roadrunners encourages members to be registered with England Athletics as a “Competitive Athlete” (EACA) to support EA activities. EA registration runs from 1st April to 31st March (no pro-rata discount for mid-year joiners) and costs £20 for 2025-26, payable in addition to club fees.

Members pack - updated September 2025

Membership entitles reduced entry fees to most UK races, discount on running shoes and equipment at leading sports shops. Most importantly of all you get the help and advice of other club members!

The Club is operated in accordance with a formal constitution, which is supported by codes of conduct, and is aligned to England Athletics’ policies and standards framework.  All members should familiarise themselves with these documents.

Personal data collected by Bourton Roadrunners is managed through its Data Protection Policy, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which came into effect on 25th May 2018.

There is a separate Junior Membership application form.

Background

The club was formed in 1981 and is managed by a committee that is elected at each year's AGM, usually held in October or November. Due to the club working towards registration as a Communicatity Amateur Sports Club (CASC) status organisation, our latest AGM was held in February 2026.

The club’s Chair is Steve Howell.   A list of all officers, committee members and club officials is available.

Bourton Roadrunners is affiliated to the Midland Counties Athletics Association and provides attached runner status to all full members.
