Hooky 6 - 6th August 2023
This Sunday saw the annual Hooky 6, a six mile road race organised by Hook Norton Harriers, where Bourton’s Andy Peaston finished in 47:15, with Susan Hunt close on his heals finishing 3rd LV55 in a time of 49:21.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, the club had members out in force at parkrun, which for August forms part of the club’s own race competition series. The performance of the morning must go to Niamh Shoemark who ran the Navan Parkrun in Ireland. Not only did she achieve a brilliant time of 21:28 (she is in the LV55-59 age category) but was in 1st position overall; congratulations to Niamh. Other parkrun venues included:

Highlights
Andy and Susan maintained Bourton’s presence at Hooky 6.
