Bourton Roadrunners’ Club Competitions
Club Competition Series. Each year members compete in the club’s own race series, with points being awarded for their best finishes versus fellow club members.
The Club Competition is all about recognising everyone’s contribution to the club throughout the year, whether it’s representing BRR at races, taking part in club activities or supporting new and current members. With effect from 2026, points will allocated for all categogies (open and specific age categories) on an age-related basis, so please download and review the competition rules and list of activities to avoid any potential confussion.
Each month the results will be sent out on WhatsApp BRR Info.Prizes will be awarded at the club's annual awards celebration in December.

Gloucestershire AAA Cross Country - League and County Championships
Organised by Gloucestershire AAA, they’re good fun for women who can run 6.5k, men who can run 9.9k, and aren’t afraid of mud. Also a chance to see our Juniors running, which is exciting and inspiring! No PB’s; just positions count, but mostly about taking part!
The dates and venues announced for the remaining Gloucestershire Cross Country League 2025/26 season are:
Round 2 - Saturday 1st November 2025 - Cirencester Park
Round 3 - Sunday 14th December 2025 - Bath
Round 4 - Saturday 14th February 2026 - Cheltenham.
Online entries are via the Entry4Sports portal at Entry4Sports UK .co.uk
Always check the County’s website for the latest updates and information for all events and the latest results.
For full details, including Rules, Eligibility, Fees and a link to the online entry system, please visit the Glos. AAA Cross Country website page.
Cross Country County Championships
With the continuing lack of suitable venues, Gloucestershire AAA will be holding the championships within a league fixture. As a similar situation
exists in the AAA’s of Wiltshire, Avon and Somerset, who provide many of our league runners, their championships will also be run within the
same league fixture. As noted above, event 3 (Bath) will incorporate the County Chapionships this season.
