Report Highlights
Steph Lane was first lady at Evesham Town 10k. Dorcas Guillebaud ran her first-ever 10Km at Celtenham Race for Life.
Steph Lane was first lady at Fairford 10k.
A brilliant performance for Craig Hamilton-Smith completing the Comrades Marathon; a 90k ultra marathon in South Africa.
Congratulations to everyone who supported the tough Hilly 100 Relay, especially to Team-A which finished second in the Mixed category.
Congratulations to BRR runners for fine performances at the Bourton Mile, particularly Alex Pye for achieving a new PB of 4 minutes 54.4 seconds.
Susan Hunt completed marathon number 44 at Boston, Massachusetts.
Kevin Goodwill PB’d at Newport Marathon, while Maxine Emes completed her first full marathon at Boston, Lincolnshire.
Congratulations to Neil Russell for completing his latest challenge; the Oxbridge 100-mile non-stop run.
Danny Hannig finished 3rd at the demanding Cleevewold MT Half Marathon.
There were prizes for Eva and Gilly at Banbury 15, while Rebecca knocked almost 7 minutes off her PB there too.
Another week, another PB for Barry, this time at Lisbon Half Marathon, where he led the BRR team home.

Allie Quinn smashed her half marathon PB by over 5 minutes at Media City, Salford Quays, Manchester.
Barry knocked more than 5 minutes from his Half Marathon PB at Warwick Half; wow!
Rebecca was 1st lady at Mayhill Massacre, while Kevin Goodwill was 1st man at the “Canicross”.
Liz Hulcup 1st LV70 at Boddington 10 and Rebecca 3rd Senior Lady at Shipston IX.
There were fine performances at Ilmington 10K, with Dougal Hamilton-Smith finishing 18th, one second ahead of father Craig (MV55/1), Rebecca Townsend (SL/3 and PB), Steve Howell (MV65/1).
A PB for Alex Pye at Linda Franks 5 (28:19).
Congratulations to Darren Long and Liz Hulcup at the Glos. AAA 2024 awards evening. Darren received Gold (MV50) while Liz received Silver (LV70).
