Unsurprising, the winning team was “Team Walmsley”, running in Team GB colours, consisting of Dennis and Lucy Walmsley, Kate Krzywiec, and our own Allie Quinn, with an aggregate time of 2:01:50. Allie was still wearing her GB top on Wednesday morning! Lucy was also fastest woman of the event, finishing in 27:24.

Chris Nesbitt of "Choc Oranges" ran the fastest leg for a man in a brilliant 25:23; congratulations to him.

It was good to see Mike Smith returning to form, achieving 27:11 over the tough course.

The “Elves”, appropriately running in green, were the team finishing closest to their estimated time, with Alex having a fine run finishing in a stunning 27:52.
