Welcome to Bourton Roadrunners' Website
Founded in 1981, we are a small friendly club in the Cotswolds that welcomes all runners whatever their abilities. Whether you are training for a marathon, the local village fun-run, or you run just to keep fit, you will be made welcome.
The club meets: EveryTuesday & Thursday
7pm for a short 2 - 3 miles
7:30pm for speed work.
A ‘Beginners & Improvers group’ meets at the Leisure Centre Wednesday 9:30am. For more details please email our club secretary, Margaret, at
6:30pm for a short 2 - 3 miles
7:00pm for a longer run of approximately 5 miles.
We meet regardless of the weather; the only exception is Christmas day!

The current standing of the Gloucestershire County Road Race Series after 9 events (10th August 2016) is available to download.
Please note that the first race of the Gloucestershire County Cross-Country League will take place on Saturday 15th October, from 12 noon, at “Norm’s barn” in Little Rissington.

The date for the 2017 Bourton 10k has been announced as Sunday 26th February, with the online entry opening Thursday 1st December. In view of the entry limit being reached within a few hours in recent years, we recommend that you book-mark this page to give the best opportunity of gaining early access to the entry system.
