Haresfield 5k - 19th July 2018

100 runners turned-out on a Thursday evening for the Gloucester 5k, at Haresfield, just two days after the Blaisdon 10K, including three hardy runners from Bourton Roadrunners. The race formed part of the Gloucestershire AAA Road Race Series and incorporated the Gloucestershire County 5k Championships.

First home for Bourton was Darren Long who was 16th in 19:02, and won the MV45 County Bronze medal. Next home for the club was Robin Goodwill in 25th place in 20:18. Ben Montilla put in a strong performance to finish 46th in a very respectable 22:16.
