Extra Training Sessions are open to Members who wish to improve and intend to compete for the Club and their School in Cross Country Races.
They take place on most Sunday Afternoon's from September until the end of March unless a Competition takes place on the same weekend.
These sessions comprise of Interval Training over various distances and focus on increasing speed and stamina.
They currently take place at Stow-on-the-Wold Cricket Field or occasionally in Maugersbury for hill reps.
Chris Hartley runs these sessions on his own, with help from Parents, therefore places are limited.

You must pre-book your place in advance, do not just turn up. An e-mail will be sent out to all members a few days before the session. Just reply back if you wish to train.
